Using this site
By placing an order on saltbow.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that the details you give us are accurate. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.
Products and pricing
Halyard is sold at one price. We do not run sales or discounts, and we do not price-match. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties applied at checkout or on delivery. We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary and cord dye lots can differ slightly between batches.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not when you place it. We can decline or cancel an order before it ships for any reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a stock error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
These are covered by our Shipping policy and our Returns and exchanges policy, which form part of these terms.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment providers shown on the site. We never see or store your full card number.
Your account and data
How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The Saltbow name, the shackle mark, the Halyard name, and all photography and copy on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Warranty
Our defect replacement is described in the Returns and exchanges policy. Beyond that, the product is sold as described on the product page. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the product, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
