Where is my order?
In-stock sizes leave within 2 business days and arrive in 7 to 12 with tracking. Made-to-order sizes ship by the date shown when you ordered; the tracking email comes that day.
Can I change the size or cord after ordering?
Yes, until it ships. Reply to your confirmation email with the change.
How do exchanges work?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. We send a prepaid label, you send the bracelet back unworn in its box, and the new size ships the day yours arrives.
How do returns work?
Same 30 days, same label. The refund lands within 5 business days of the bracelet reaching us.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, at cost, shown at checkout. Duties, where they apply, are the buyer's.
Will it rust or tarnish?
No. 316L is the stainless grade used for boat fittings and watch cases. Salt water, sweat and showers do not mark it. Rinse it after the sea so the cord stays fresh.
Can I swim in it?
Yes. The cord is made for salt water and dries in about an hour. Rinse it in fresh water afterwards and let it dry open.
How does the pin work?
The pin threads into the shackle. Unscrew it, pass the cord loop over the bow, and screw it back finger-tight. It takes about ten seconds and it will not open on its own. A spare pin is in the box.
Lost the pin?
There is a spare in your box. Lost that too, email us and we send another for the cost of postage.
