30 days, no questions
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return your Halyard. It needs to be unworn and in its box with the pouch and spare pin.
Size exchanges are free
If the size is wrong, email contact@saltbow.com with your order number and the size you need. We send a prepaid return label the same business day. Post the bracelet back, and the new size ships the day yours reaches us. We cover shipping both ways inside the United States. Outside the United States, we cover the outbound shipping on the replacement and you cover the return postage.
Cord exchanges
Same process as size exchanges, same 30 days, same free label inside the United States.
Returns for refund
Email contact@saltbow.com with your order number. We send a prepaid return label inside the United States. Once the bracelet reaches us, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days. Outside the United States, return postage is paid by the buyer and refunded shipping is not included.
What we cannot take back
Bracelets that have been worn, have cord that is frayed, stained or cut, or that arrive without the box. If something comes back in that condition we will email you and return it to you at no charge.
Defects
If the shackle, pin, bead or cord fails in normal wear within 12 months of purchase, we replace the bracelet. Email a photo and your order number to contact@saltbow.com. This does not cover loss, cuts, or damage from misuse.
